ABOUT ME
Andrew Long is a creative leader with over 20 years experience. During that time, he’s collaborated with the biggest brands in the world to create some of the most famous and effective marketing campaigns in history. His approach to creativity is driven by a belief that the most powerful marketing connects brands to culture by creating moments that people want to share in and talk about.
He is a multiple time Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show and Clio winner – and his work has been recognised by every other major creativity and effectiveness award body, including Gold Effie’s, IPA’s and APG’s. In addition to this, he is the proud recipient of the Sony World Photography Award and was voted in the top 20 viral video creators of all time by Channel 4. He’s also a regular opinion contributor to industry editorial, such as Campaign, Little Black Book, The Drum and Shots, and has sat on national and international awards juries.
Personal highlights include an ongoing collaboration with McDonald’s that has seen Andrew lead the creative output of the brand in the UK, as well as globally, for the past 6 years. During that time, McDonald’s has been recognised as the ‘Most Innovative Company Of The Year’ by Fast Company and ‘Brand of the year’ by Campaign Magazine, resulting in a record high market share and the most successful period of creative and effectiveness award performances in the brands history.
Most recently, Andrew was part of the creative leadership team that helped Leo UK become recognised as Campaign Magazine’s ‘Creative Agency Of The Year’ in both 2023 and 2024, and the most awarded agency overall in 2025. His role is to lead a multi-disciplinary team of creatives, pitch for new business, and mentor the next generation of talent.
